WORKSHOPS: YOUNG CREATIVES IN BUSINESS 

This series of workshops aims to provide young creatives aged 12 to 25 with some business skills to take their talents and passion to the next level and earn an income from their art.  

The Young Creatives program is presented by City of Ballarat Youth Services, funded by ENGAGE!, and supported by the Art Gallery of Ballarat 

 

TIME MANAGEMENT/GETTING ORGANISED FOR SUCCESS 

Monday 7 June, 4.30 pm–6 pm 

You got all those ideas, projects, but struggle to juggle all you do and focus? Pick up some tips and tools how to get organised for success and avoid creative burn out. Get help with your time management?and walk away with your own Action Plan to organise your life and creative pursuits.

NETWORKING AND NAILING YOUR CREATIVE ELEVATOR PITCH 

Monday 12 July, 4.30 pm–6 pm 

Join other young creatives for a mid-year networking event to make new connections, share your creative journey and develop your professional elevator pitch to promote and grow your creative business.

GRANTS, COMMISSIONS & PAID OPPORTUNITIES 

Monday 2 August, 4.30 pm–6 pm 

This online session with expert panel discussion will provide you with insights, tips and tools to identify and apply for opportunities to take your creative endeavour to a professional level and earn an income from your art.
