All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST. You will be able to view the GST component of your purchase on your invoice.
All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of the Art Gallery of Ballarat until paid for in full.
Orders and Delivery
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding public holidays) of the order being entered into our system. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days from this date for postage.
Postage on all items is based Australia Post rates and calculated on the total weight of the order and delivery address.
International postage times vary.
Should your item/s not be available for any reason, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representatives.
We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 working days from receipt date via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then require the product to be returned via post in order for you to receive a replacement.

Packages sent via Australia Post to major cities generally take 5–7 working days from the date of shipment to the date of delivery. Please allow longer for regional areas. International shipping times vary.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or the package is over-sized, Australia Post will leave a notification card at your delivery address advising you of the nearest Australia Post Centre to pick up your parcel. Please check the Australia Post website for collection times.
Please note these figures are a guide only and we do not have any control over your package once it is with Australia Post.
Postage costs do not apply to Membership Purchases. Memberships purchased online will receive a temporary membership notice (confirmation email) upon completion of the purchase, to the supplied email address. Membership cards will be mailed to the supplied address by the Gallery Association within 21 days of purchase.
If you wish to purchase from the Art Gallery of Ballarat online shop you must be of legal age. If you are under the age of 18, please ensure you have the permission of a parent or guardian before proceeding to checkout.
All personal information provided to us must be correct and truthful at the time of purchase. Any attempts of fraud will be detected and passed on to the appropriate authorities. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given or any parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions or failure to collect items from Australia Post if notified. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.
All items in our store are to be purchased for private use only and not for resale. The Art Gallery of Ballarat has the right to decline orders that we suspect to be intended for resale.

The Art Gallery of Ballarat does not store any of your credit card information. Our secure, encrypted payment gateway is provided by NAB Transact so you can be sure your personal details are protected.
Returns & Refunds – Shop
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact the Gallery Shop and we can arrange either a goods exchange, refund or gift voucher replacement. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 21 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product and proof of purchase. All replacement items for damaged products will be shipped at our cost.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the Art Gallery of Ballarat Shop. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. The Gallery reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns. We have the right to not accept returns for items that are not in new condition/not in the original packaging. All costs involved in returning items will be at purchasers expense.
Your order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The returns policy conditions will apply.

You may not take content from the Gallery shop and reformat and display them, or mirror Gallery Shop on another web site. You may not send automated queries of any sort or “meta-search” Art Gallery of Ballarat Shop.
